House rules Widokówka - Tałty 13 These regulations are an agreement concluded between the parties. The guest agrees with terms of the contract at the time of paying the deposit or when paying on the spot total amount, if the down payment was not required. 1. The house is rented on a daily basis. The hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. to at 11:00 the next day 2. The condition for a full house reservation is a deposit of 30% of the value planned rent of the facility on the agreed date. No payment of the deposit in the agreed period the deadline does not guarantee making a house reservation. Guests are required to complete all registration formalities and payment for the entire stay in advance (by bank transfer) or on arrival at the latest. In addition to the payment for the stay, the Guest is obliged to pay a deposit of PLN 1000, in to secure pecuniary claims for compensation for damage and destruction created in the premises, through the fault of the Guest, but not resulting from the natural use of the apartment. The deposit will be returned to the indicated account on the day of check-out. 4. Late arrival does not release the Guest from paying for the entire stay. In case of earlier departure of the Guest, the payment for the entire stay remains unchanged. 5. We do not accept animals in the Widokówka - Tałty 13 facility. 6. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Widokówka - Tałty 13 facility. 7. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any kind of damage or damage to objects, equipment and technical devices caused by his or her fault people visiting him. 8. Before leaving, guests are obliged to return the house in a condition that is not worse than the one found and return the keys to the facility. 9. The guest cannot lend the house he rents to people who are not registered. 10. Parking is free, unguarded and monitored. The owners of the facility do not bear any costs responsibility for a left car and things in it. 11. In the house and in the adjacent area, it is obligatory to keep silence from the hour 22.00 to 7.00. The behavior of guests using the services of the facility should not disturb the peaceful stay of people on neighboring properties. We reserve the right refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule. 12. People staying in guest rooms undertake to comply with fire regulations 13. We reserve the right to change the prices and terms of the regulations in any moment, but without affecting already made reservations.
